Gift Aid forms
If you have received an email with Gift Aid form attachment for money donated to the Building Fund, could you please complete and sign and hand in to the office (Clerk to the Governors) - the date for commencing (where it says since - should be April 2016.
Please could this be done as soon as possible to allow Mrs Rowe to claim gift aid.
