What is the PTFA?
As the name suggests, we are the Parents, Teachers and Friends of St Joseph’s.
If you have any ideas for either things we could buy for the school, or for fund-raising opportunities please come to a meeting or speak to one of the committee - we always appreciate new ideas and fresh input.
Everyone connected with the school is a member of the PTFA and therefore always welcome at meetings.
These meetings are held at least once a term (usually in the evening), with extra get togethers during the run up to events.
The Annual General Meeting, which is held each September, is when the following year’s committee will be elected. In order to stand for a committee post you need to be proposed and seconded either in writing or by someone at the meeting, but you will be welcomed with open arms.
Who are the key players?
Officers Mary Strong (Chair), Louise Humpage (Treasurer) and Lizzie Pattinson (Secretary)
Committee/Class Representatives: Gemma Edwards/Chloe Ryan (Reception), Louise Charters (Y1), Lizzie Pattinson (Y2), Cara Usher (Y3), Ruth Drover and Nicola Hollywood (Y4), Fiona Conway (Y5), Alison Evans (Y6), Rosie Delguidice (Teacher).

We now have a PTFA Facebook group for the school called St Joseph’s School Lichfield PTFA. This will keep everyone up to date with events and other useful information about things going on at school. Only the PTFA officers can post on this page and no photos of children will be allowed. For the protection of our children only people known to the school will be approved access. If you have requested access and have not had approval within an acceptable timeframe please e-mail the PTFA committee email@example.com.
The school reserves the right to remove this page without notice.
Dates of PTFA led events will be included in the main school calendar.
